Fun reaction warm up game. Players pair up and stand facing away from each other at the central cone. The coach then calls a color and the players need to react accordingly. If the coach calls "Red" the player closest to red must sprint to the red cone before being tagged & and the player closest to white must try and tag them.

Fun reaction warm up game. Players pair up and stand facing away from each other at the central cone. The coach then calls a color and the players need to react accordingly. If the coach calls "Red" the player closest to red must sprint to the red cone before being tagged & and the player closest to white must try and tag them.
Set-up:
Place 3 sets of cones down in a line as shown above with both sets of end cones being different colors - Red & White in this example. Pair the players up and get them to stand facing away from each other, either side of a central cone.
